Role:

1.Responsible for collecting data from all centres operating under a specifi vocational training project.

2.Maintain Record of all the certification process.

3.Ensure relevant data on website is updated through internal ERP system.

4.Responsible for providing success case study from centres through regular follow-up

5.Develop understanding for all MIS based requirments based on project guidelines and other   document.

6.Prepare and submit daily,Weekly,Monthly,Quarterly,semi-annually and yearly reports as per prescribed reporting formats following deadlines.

7.Help in tracking the candidate across different centres.

8.Assist in maintaining overall record of different reports from different centers.

9. Provide assistance to all documentation using word, excel, visio and powerpoint  utilities.

10. Provide support in day to day activites of projects requirement.

Eliigibility:

Education & experience :Graduates with min 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

1.Smart and energetic/active individual

2.Good observation and sharp eye for catching errors in data.

3.Good and effective communication in English and regional language(Spoken and wriiten)

4.Excellent Computer skills especially MS excel and Ms word.

5.Should respect and follow assigned deadlines & project required timelines.

6.Sincere and honest person.

7.Age:25-45 years:prefer travel to field work.

8.Consolidated pay of Rs.15,000/-p.m excluding service taxes etc.

9.Contract period:one year for the project.
